To submit Conference paper please, register your Conference account by following the link at the top right corner of the page.
In the right corner on the home page of the site, click on the "Registration" link. Enter an active email through which you will receive all the necessary information. Define a password that you will use to log in later when entering your resume and subsequent papers. A message will be sent to your email address in which you need to confirm your email and password. After email verification, you can freely log in to "Login" and access data related to your participation in the conference. Papers sent by e-mail are not acceptable.
The official language of the conference is English.
All conference participants presenting a paper (contribution) and who are not presenting a paper (listeners and/or observers) can register by folowing links on the top of each page.
After filling the registration form, you need to log in to your email account and check for an email from the FTNConference online system. By clicking on the link in the email a new page will be opened in your browser, where you need to click on the provided link and complete your registration process. After that, you can now log in to the online system.
Conference will be organized in the hybrid (on-line/on-site) and virtual (on-line) form.

NOTE: All prices are with VAT tax. Price registration fees are without money transfer costs. NOTE REGARDING SUBMISSION OF WORKS: If the same author submits two papers, the registration fee for the second paper is 72 € until September 15, 2023.
For local participants in the conference, payments must be made through registration on the website with the exchange rate of 1 € = 118.00 RSD.
The paper accepted for the conference must be presented by the author/co-author or a knowledgeable person or the subject matter. The authors/co-authors registered for the conference, irrespective of the level/class of the registration, are entitled to present two papers at the conference. For any further paper, i.e., the third (maximal third paper), presented at the conference by the registered author/co-author, a mandatory fee of 150 € per additional paper must be paid.
Papers should be limited to 4 or 6 pages (even number of pages). A charge of 50 € will be applied for one extra page.
International Programme Committee Members have 10% discount! Student paper have 50% discount - student is 1st author (student status certificate is needed)!
The registration fee includes:
- Participation card for the Conference (in person only),
- Gift bag (in person only),
- Book of Abstracts – Booklet (in person only),
- Cocktail, Refreshments and Diner (in person only),
- Proceedings of the IS`23– Electronic-in Cloud (in person/virtual password protected)
- Access to virtual sessions (Webex) (virtual only/password protected),
- Certificate of participation in the conference IS`23 and presentation of the paper.
Additional banquet tickets:
It is possible to purchase up to two additional tickets for the banquet, for the price of 60€ per ticket.
For authors of accepted paper, registration fees can NOT be refunded. Refunds will only be made after the conference.
