IS'23

The Department of Industrial Engineering and Management of the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, with the support of Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia and Provincial Secretary for Higher Education and Scientific Research Activity of AP Vojvodina, and Technical University of Graz and EPIEM as associate partners, organizes a Scientific Conference on Industrial Systems engineering and management field of science and practice, once in three years, with the following goals:

- to bring together prominent researchers and practitioners from faculties, scientific institutes and different enterprises or other organizations,

- to bring together prominent researchers and practitioners from faculties, scientific institutes and different enterprises or other organizations,

- to enable presentation of new knowledge and exchange of practical experience in industrial systems engineering and management (within the organization "European Professors of Industry Engineering and Management (EPIEM)" - associate partner in organizing the 16th EPIEM Conference) and

- to propose theoretically developed and practically tested solutions for manufacturing and business improvements achieved in the period between two conferences.

19th International Scientific Conference of Industrial Systems - IS'23 will be held as a combined conference of online, real-time presentations of the participants who will not be able to participate the conference physically and live presentations of participants present in person. The entire event will be streamed online and all interested parties will be able to follow the scientific presentations, as well as the presentations of the exhibitors from the industry. To facilitate online presentations, Cisco WebEx platform will be used. We aim to enable and simplify participation for both, lecturers and wider public.

Program and peer review committee of the symposium consists of eminent scientists from Serbia and abroad. Proceedings of the symposium are published in English and will be indexed in the SCOPUS database starting this year.
